Sunarin Capsule is an ayurvedic formulation that is used to treat bleeding and non-bleeding piles, anal fissures (crack) and rectal inflammation.
Role of key ingredients:
Vekhand, Belkachari, Suran, Chitrak and Hirda relieve constipation and regulate bowel movement.
Kuda, Indrajav, Vekhand, Sunth and Mire improve liver function, relieve portal congestion and also have anti-flatulent action.
Suran, Chitrak, Mochras and Shankh Jeera improve tone of anal region.
Belkachari, Kajjali, Kuda, Suran and Indrajav possess healing properties, they also overcome stasis.
Nagkeshar, Kuda, Indrajav, Mochras,Suran and Kajjali possess haemostatic and styptic action.
Sunarin Capsule relieves constipation, checks gas formation, regulates bowel habits, relaxes distention and painful discomfort at the junction of rectum and anus. It provides relief in acute fissure, where anal pain is often severe. It regularizes liver functions and overcomes portal congestion.

The Dosage of Arsh Kalp Capsules
- Arsh kalp Capsules is given in the dosage of 1-2 capsules twice a day depending upon the condition.
- Arsh kalp Capsules should be taken with butter-milk or lukewarm water on empty stomach in the morning and in the evening before dinner.
- Once the piles are relieved, it is advisable to consume one more pack of Arshkalp one week later to avoid recurrence.
- In case, person is suffering from constipation, then regularly take 2 teaspoons full of Triphala Churna with warm water at bedtime to avoid constipation.
Note: While taking Arsh Kalp capsules, one should not eat anything except, Roti with Moong Dal (Without adding any salt or condiments), Wheat Dalia without any sugar or salt, Milk without sugar and plain water.
Arsh kalp Capsule should be taken frequently under the physician’s advice in case of piles as well as fistula in ano.

Uses of Pilocid Gel:
It is for external application having soothing, anti-inflammatory, styptic (to stop bleeding) and anti-bacterial properties.
Pilocid gel is useful in stopping bleeding and thus could be used effectively in managing bleeding piles and also prevents secondary infection.
In combination with Pilocid Tablet, it helps in effective management of piles.
Direction for use of Pilocid Gel:

According to Ayurveda, Abhayarishta has Rechana (laxative) property which helps to provide relief from constipation. This property also helps reduce the symptoms of anal fistula. It also has Vata balancing properties which stimulate digestive fire, thereby helping manage conditions like piles. In addition to that, it has Deepan (appetizer) and Pachan (digestive) properties which help in conditions like anorexia (loss of appetite), thirst, bloating, and flatulence.
You can take 15-20ml Abhayarishta or as directed by the physician to get relief from constipation. Mix it with equal amounts of lukewarm water to dilute its taste a little. Take it once or twice a day, preferably after meals. You can also have it at night before sleeping to get quick relief from constipation.
Abhayarishta is generally well tolerated and does not have any side effects when taken in the recommended dose. However, it is advisable to consult the doctor before using Abhayarishta.
