Imupsora Tablet is a comprehensive therapy for the treatment of Psoriasis. Glycosides in Rubia cordifolia exhibit keratolytic activity, anthraquinone and triterpenes help in immune modulation while other phytoconstituents act as antiseptic and antibacterial. It is useful in reducing epithelial proliferation. Imupsora tablet is useful in treating chronic plaque psoriasis, palmoplantar psoriasis, scalp psoriasis and guttate psoriasis.
